Our facility with a production facility of 5000 m2, cold storages of 5500 m3, modern seedling production greenhouses of 10.000 m2, planting area of 300.000 m2 and drying station of 800.000 m2, has an annual processing capacity of 2000 tons of dried tomatoes.
Dried tomatoes are produced by drying the fresh product under suitable conditions by applying the necessary processes. With the removal of water in the dried product after drying, the core of the product remains and the nutritional values, active ingredients, vitamins, proteins, in natural dried tomatoes increase much compared to the fresh natural state.
Seed selection, seedling growing by us, then planted by our contracted farmers and harvested in June - July - August, are processed in the drying area within 24 hours under the control of our expert production team, after being inspected by our Quality Control Team.
