Capers

Capers, are the unopened buds of the Capparis Spinosa plant . Capers grow naturally in Turkey and some other countries and  hand-picked capers are transported as semi-finished products to our factory.

Capers, are the unopened buds of the plant Capparis Spinosa, which grows naturally in the country and overseas.Hand-picked semi-finished products are transported to our factory. With traceable barcoding ,the pickled capers eliminated and packeged to be delivered to storage containers while being checked by our quality controlling team.During the storages, all maintenances of the semi-products ,their acidity,salt and Ph levels are monitored and controlled.  Products are sorted prior to their calibrations by using a  Laser Sorting Machine. The final product is completed with perfect packaging  depending on the requirements of the customer's demands.

Pickled Capers

Capers, are the unopened buds of the plant Capparis Spinosa. Capers separated by their diameters and , the smaller the diameter ,the  better the quality of the capers are. Capers are divided into eight groups by diameters.

Lilliput (3-5 mm.)

 Non-pareilles (5-7 mm.)

 Surfine (7-8 mm.)

 Capucine (8-9 mm.)

Capote (9-11 mm.)

Fine (11-12 mm.)

Horse (12> mm.)

Caper Flower

Capers from our factory after being processed and calibrated are pickled and taken to storage packaging.Depenfing on the calibration requirements of our customers, capers are eliminated and packaged with pickled with salt or vinegar.
